Spelt is an ancient grain which tends to have a slightly nuttier flavour than standard flour. White Spelt Flour has had most of the bran and germ removed, giving it a lighter texture, ideal for baking. It can be used to replace white flour in most recipes and provides great nutritional value with dietary fibre and good levels of protein.
