Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

We value your privacy, if at any time you wish to unsubscribe from our emails please email us or press the unsubscribe button on the email. We also do not share any of your personal information with anyone.

Giveaways

• Promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
• By entering a promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.
• All entries will be subject to Facebook’s terms of use which can be found, here.
• Only New Zealand residents are eligible to enter promotions.
• No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost or delayed.
• Down To Earth. Limited reserves the right to redraw winner/s after five working days, if it has not has correspondence with winner/s.  
• To enter the giveaway draw, you must like and comment on the original post on The Down To Earth Facebook and Instagram page 
• Comments on shared posts will not be accounted for.
• Only entries received before the advised deadline will be eligible for the draw.
• Unless otherwise stated, only one comment/entry will be counted per person.
• No bulk, third party or consumer group entries will be accepted.
• The winner/s of each giveaway will be drawn randomly by Down to Earth after the advised deadline.
• Limit of one prize package per person.
• The winner/s of each prize package will be announced publicly on Down to Earth Facebook and Instagram pages
• All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives.
• Prizes will be deemed to be accepted once Down to Earth and the winner/s have established contact and Down to Earth has verified any details necessary in accordance with these terms.

Please note that prizes for Facebook and or Instagram giveaways not claimed within 10 working days of notification may be redrawn.  
Winner/s are notified by either email, or on the Facebook and or Instagram pages. 
Please allow 10 working days for your prize to arrive once you have made contact and supplied delivery address.

Shipping

Due to current courier volumes, we cannot guarantee a delivery time. If opting for delivery we do all that we can to make sure your order reaches you as soon as possible. In general delivery times are:

• Same or next day for local deliveries
• 1-2 days for rural and the rest of the North Island
• 2-3 days for the South Island

Seasonal peaks and unforeseen events may impact delivery times. If you need a specific delivery window, please contact one of our team members.

Shipping Costs: For packages up to 7kg

• Local - $7 + additional fee for rural deliveries
  
• North Island - $11.50 + additional fee for rural deliveries
  
• South Island - $15.50 + additional fee for rural deliveries

Please note: Parcels exceeding 7kg may incur an extra charge.
We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. We do not currently offer international shipping

Please allow up to 2 working days for order processing. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Click and Collect: Select "Pick Up" at checkout to collect your order in-store. Orders received before noon are processed for collection that same afternoon. Afternoon orders are ready for pick-up the following afternoon.

Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is one of our absolute priorities. In the rare event something goes wrong, we will work with you to reach an amicable resolution. We always meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at online@downtoearthorganics.co.nz within 24 hours with your proof of purchase and photos of the damaged goods.

Perishable Items: Due to the nature of fresh produce and food, we do not offer refunds on perishable items if you change your mind.

Non-Perishable Items: If you wish to return a non-perishable item, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Products must be unused and in their original, undamaged, and unopened packaging.

Pricing 

If an item is advertised for sale at a particular price on the Down to Earth online store, Down to Earth reserves the right to let our customers know that there has been a mistake and the item is actually more expensive than advertised. Down to Earth does not have to sell the item for the advertised price in the event that it is a genuine mistake. This is in compliance with the Fair Trading Act 1986. The Act protects the consumer against being mislead or treated unfairly by retailers. It also protects retailers when genuine mishaps occur with pricing errors.
