A great all purpose flour, our Stoneground Wholemeal flour is made from whole wheat that has been stoneground slowly resulting in a fine and light texture. Perfect for baking and bread making, this wholemeal flour also offers good levels of dietary fibre and protein.
Uses:
This versatile flour is ideal for using in a wide range of baking and bread making, home made pizza bases, pasta making and as a thickener for soups and stews.
