Natural Abundance have put some of the ingredients in this cracker through a number of stages of priming during the production phase with the aim of creating a texture and taste that works in tandem with loading the cracker with toppings like tomato, avocado and cheese.
It’s ‘lighter’ than most raw crackers and it has a particular crunch and a slight ‘cheesiness’ to it which is achieved without the addition of any flavour agents.
