The tomatoes are allowed to sun-ripen on the vine to develop their full, rich flavour before they are harvested. After careful selection, they are peeled and chopped, then packed in tomato juice – ready for adding to your favourite recipes. Enjoy them in traditional Italian and other culinary dishes.
