DrTung's Oil Pulling Concentrate is a time-tested remedy of 24 plants and herbs used for oil pulling. Add it to coconut, sesame or sunflower oil to add efficacy and reduce pulling time.
Ancient Ayurvedic texts recommend OIL PULLING as part of your daily routine, to strengthen teeth and gums, help with mouth dryness and other oral conditions. Sesame oil is specifically mentioned for its subtle, penetrating, preventive and balancing effects. Unlike some other oil pulling products, DrTung's Oil Pulling Concentrate does not contain mint and is not a few essential oils to provide flavour, but is an ancient recipe of selected plants and botanicals chosen for their treatment qualities and carefully prepared in organic sesame oil.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Use undiluted, or mix contents with 5 oz. organic sunflower, sesame (not toasted) or coconut oil—i.e. 1:3 ratio. Size - 50ml
Swish daily after tongue cleaning and toothbrushing:
• Place 1 tbsp mixture in mouth
• Slowly swish it around the mouth and "chew" on it for 5–15 minutes
• When done, do not swallow but spit into toilet (not into sink) -

Sesame oil (organic), acacia nilotica*, ficus religiosa*, wild Himalayan cherry*, cardamom extract (organic), banyan tree, acacia catechu*, lodh tree*, Indian madder*, eagle wood*, Indian gall-nut*, Indian gooseberry, gmelina arborea*, long-leaved pine*, spikenard*, stone flowers, sandalwood*, woodfordia fruticosa*, deodar*, licorice*, clove*, lotus seed, lemongrass, turmeric, nutgrass, nutmeg, cinnamon, camphor. * Wild Harvested.
Delivery and Shipping
We strive to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. While we aim to meet the following delivery timeframes, please note these are estimates and not guarantees:
- Same or next day for local deliveries
- 1-2 days for rural areas and the rest of the North Island
- 2-3 days for the South Island
Seasonal peaks and unforeseen events may impact delivery times. If you need a specific delivery window, please contact one of our team members.
Shipping Costs: For packages up to 7kg
- Local - $7 + additional fee for rural deliveries
- North Island - $11.50 + additional fee for rural deliveries
- South Island - $15.50 + additional fee for rural deliveries
Please note: Parcels exceeding 7kg may incur an extra charge. In such cases, we will contact you prior to shipping to confirm the revised cost. If you select standard shipping but your address is classified as rural, we will be in touch to confirm the additional rural delivery fee before your order is dispatched.We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Please allow up to 2 working days for order processing. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Click and Collect: Select "Pick Up" at checkout to collect your order in-store. Orders received before noon are processed for collection that same afternoon. Afternoon orders are ready for pick-up the following afternoon.
