  • Single origin coffee from Chanchamayo, Peru. Shade grown at 1500-1900 meters above sea level and decaffeinated with the organic certified CO2 process leaving most flavour in the coffee but removing over 95% of the caffeine. With some of the bitterness of caffeine gone it is a very easy-to-drink coffee that will not give you the shivers.

    Roaster's notes: Coffee for any preparation. Flavoursome, well balanced coffee where the decaffeination is not noticeable in the taste other than less bitter. Brown sugar and blood orange notes and a lingering caramel aftertaste.
