Nori Seaweed is the most commonly known edible seaweed - being of sushi fame! However there are a surprising number of ways to eat nori beyond in sushi. It is one of the most versatile edible seaweeds. Nori's flavour can vary depending on how you prepare it.
Nori seaweed has a fine, cellophane like texture and is naturally a dark purple/browny colour. It offers fantastic nutrients including excellent iodine and a source of plant based Vitamin B12. (See our FAQs for more on this).
