Made from organically and sustainably grown grains of rye grass, this flour is milled with meticulous care without synthetic treatments such as chemical bleaching, alcohol treatment or anti bacterial agents.
Uses:
With its distinctive and slightly sour taste, rye flour is typically used to make sourdough and rye breads which are generally darker and more dense than other types of bread. Other uses for rye flour include scones, pasta, crackers as well as a filler for soups and sauces.
Please note due to rising freight costs we are only able to send 6kg of flour per order. If you wish to order more than this, an excess freight cost may apply.
