1/2 banana (frozen)
1/2 cup mango (frozen)
1/3 cup pineapple (frozen)
1/2. tsp. ground turmeric OR 1 tbsp. fresh turmeric
1 slice lemon (skin and pith included)
Juice of 1/2 small lemon
1 serve Mitchells Vanilla Bone Broth Protein Powder
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup water
Optional Extras:
1-2 tsp. fresh grated ginger
