You might be tempted to chuckle when we declare that one of our favourite flowers here at Down To Earth is the Cauli-flower. Okay sure it doesn't look great in a bouquet of blooms and we know it isn't likely to be found in a Florist, but it does provide for a delicious addition to any snack section of any recipe book.
This one here in-particular is a favourite. Written by Kavita Anand from Kavita's Kitchen, these cauliflower bites are a testament to her grandmothers kitchen and her love affair with spice.
